March 25, 2023 In the woods behind our house. We say four deer and a fox. Then we got scared and went home. The next day Erin and I saw the deer again.
March 26, 2023 First 9-holes in the books! They are hooked. Especiallly Erin.
March 26, 2023 There are many things you can’t control, things at work, failing electronics, and a leaking bathroom that leaks through your basement ceiling. When you are having a crappy day all I can say is I thank goodness for the kids after such a challenging day. Thank goodness they can read your mood and come give you a hug and lean against you to try to cheer you up. These pictures are actually from yesterday: we were having such a good time after golf. Curie with the hat she bought in the pro shop, Elia with her new top she got at Sierra, red lips from Rita’s, and posing for pictures in front of 99 Ranch Market.
March 26, 2023 Part of my regrets not keeping up with the monthly blog which we switched frrom at the start of the pandemic, but the reality was that I was always behind with that too. We don;’t get to jot down the cute things the kids say anymore but we do still get a picture or two. Just the other day I was telling Curie that I hope she plays with whatever toy she wants even as a teenager when kids may be distainful, and Elia said, “just like you Daddy!”
March 27, 2023 Erin has done a better job remembering to take pictures but usually right before bed. We have a lot of getting ready for school and getting ready for bed.

April 1, 2023 I hate this holiday, but it is the day brefore vacation. I had a terrible time getting the car.
April 9, 2023 While Curie and Erin went to Lake Accotink to help clean up, Elia and I worked on drawings with alcohol markers. Then we had Happy Lamb Hotpot, then saw the Mario Bros. movie.
