Satan’s Gift:
Hero goes to a bar, bartender tells him of a story of a Man who loses wife in childbirth. She is in purgatory and he kills himself to be with her. But in the irony of hell, he is not allowed to recognize her or be with her and cannot find her.
(in reality Satan has given the man innocence in not finding her)
Hero goes to hell to slay Satan and restore the man and the woman together
But as he does, Satan explains the story. The man now recognizes the woman, but they cannot be together and now are in agony.
Beelzebub (who was the bartender) wins and laughs.
